Refund policy
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your items received are faulty or damaged on delivery, please notify us within 14 days via email - littlewanderers26@gmail.com.
As products are made from natural wood, the wooden material may not be consistently perfect. For products with natural wood feature, it must be noted that it is normal to have inconsistent pattern, texture and feel for the surface as most natural wood featured items are not similar to one another. If this occurs, it is not recognised as defective items but as part of the natural wood feature. It is only a defect when the wood has unnatural marks on it such as cracks. A store credit or refund will be offered depending on the severity of the issue.
If your order is lost or damaged beyond repair in transit, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the best solution.
Any complaints on damaged products must be accompanied by photo evidence for inspection.
Incorrect Products Received
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product:
- please contact us within 14 days of receiving order via email to arrange for the best solution.
- if products are returned, it must be in the original condition and packaging, unused and unassembled.
- shipping fees for returned products will be fully covered by us.
Change of Mind Returns
We will allow a return provided the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- as new and is not used, worn or opened and has all original packaging.
- in a resalable condition.
- not damaged in any way.
- you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- if the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
