Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 7 working days. Little Wanderers can not be held responsible for any delays caused by freight companies. You, the customer, is responsible for the order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that to not arrive due to errors made by you, the customer when entering the address details. Please ensure that you check all of your details before proceeding with your order. Also please note that the address must be accessible to courier drivers and if no shipping instructions are left, that someone is there to receive the package.

If packages are returned, we will refund you the item cost excluding the shipping charges incurred.

Please note that deliveries made to business addresses or your place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address, it is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the item is safely received.
